CSR Report 2007 The JAL Group has published an environmental report annually since 1995. In 2005, we expanded its scope to that of a report on corporate social responsibility (CSR).

We hope that this CSR Report will make the JAL Group’s CSR activities clear and easy to understand, and that it will make communication with our stakeholders more effective.
