One of the main New Year’s Resolutions we have made as a company is to keep on building on the improvements made to our products and services over the past couple of years, with the aim of further increasing customer value and satisfaction.

For us to successfully do this, we have to know exactly what it is our customers are looking for when they select an airline. Your comments are, therefore, of crucial importance to us. The improvement of service quality can only be achieved when the passenger’s point of view is properly considered.

With this in mind, we gather passenger feedback not only by telephone, email, comment cards and letters, but also through service personnel at reservation centers, at airports, and onboard aircraft. We treat each comment received from you as an important asset.

I would like to ask you, if I may, to make one additional resolution this year and kindly provide us with your valuable comments to enable us to keep on developing and growing as an airline.
