On January 19, 2010, the Tokyo District Court rendered a decision to commence the reorganization proceedings for Japan Airlines Corporation, Japan Airlines International Co., Ltd., and JAL Capital Co., Ltd.
We obtained the court’s approval for the payment of commercial transaction debts and other debts such as lease fees.
