We will endeavor to become the world's leading company of safety by thickening our 'Safety Layer' based on our strong desire to fulfill our mission, and consistent and persistent action.

In the web page "Safety Operations", we introduce our staff who support safe operations, programs to nurture a safety culture typified by the Safety Promotion Center, requests to passengers to ensure their safety during flight, and other safety-related information.

Many staff are involved in our daily flight operations; pilots, cabin attendants, mechanic, etc. To protect safety, these aviation professionals faithfully adhere to the basics and work as one to create a seamless handling process.

The Safety Promotion Center is a facility to instill in each mind the Mt. Osutaka accident, our starting point of safety, and motivate individuals to think of what he or she can and must do to maintain safety in flight operations. By raising safety consciousness and keeping memories fresh in our minds, we will pass on an austere safety culture unique to the JAL Group to future generations.
