From long ago, the Oyama Shuzo distillery has always concentrated on developing just one brand. Other distilleries seek to express themselves through a variety of imo-shochu products, but we focus on the development of one type alone. The key for determining the taste of shochu, koji, is all made by hand, which limits us from producing large quantities. Painstaking though this approach may be, we are confident that this results in a shochu of genuine quality. |
