 For more than 100 years since we first produced sake in Ono, we have been one of the leading local sake breweries, recognized for high quality in every respect in our region.
We are going to continue brewing the refined and delicious sake because it is beneficial to the body for people to enjoy the comfortable and healthy effect of a well-made brew. Sake is not just a manufactured product but we think it is a great blessing of nature and human creation. Hanagaki sake truly represents our hometown of Ono in the ancient province of Echizen.
