| Shunnoten, the signature sake brewery of Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture, was established when founder Hachigoro Yorozuya began brewing refined sake on this site in 1790, and has remained dedicated to this task for more than 200 years. Shunnoten is built on the foundations of good rice, good water, and a good climate, and produces sakes using traditions and skills passed down over many generations. |
