The "JAL Smile Campaign" domestic flight limited time sale, which began at 12:00 a.m. on March 9,2023(JST), was unavoidably cancelled due to a system failure, despite the large number of customers who accessed the website immediately after the sale.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused to many customers, including those who were looking forward to purchasing tickets and those who accessed our website outside of the time sale. 

Since the suspension of the sale, we have been working to clarify the cause and have taken measures to prevent a recurrence. Now that the system environment is ready to conduct the time sale again, we have decided to conduct the domestic flight limited time sale again as follows.

For May and June boarding, we will announce the details separately. 

Time sale period: From 12:00 a.m. on March 31(Fri), 2023 - 11:59 p.m. on April 1(Sat), 2023
Boarding period: April 22 (Sat), 2023 - April 28 (Fri), 2023

Please note that due to the implementation of the sale, it is expected that there will be a concentration of access at the timing of the start of the sale.
In order to prevent system malfunctions due to the concentration of accesses, when you access the JAL Web site after 11:30 p.m. on March 30 (Thu.), you will be guided to the site in turn by lottery after waiting in the "Virtual waiting room" once.

If you are planning to purchase tickets by the deadline or to perform operations related to various mileage awards, please allow enough time to complete the procedures above.
*After the congestion is cleared, the "Virtual waiting room" will no longer be displayed.
