Regarding the Incident of JL68 with Another Aircraft at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport


On February 5, 2025, flight JL68 (departing from Narita International Airport to Seattle), was classified as an aviation accident by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of the United States after its right wing came into contact with the tail of another aircraft while taxiing to the arrival spot at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.  

There were no reported injuries to the customers or the crew onboard the aircraft. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused to our customers and all related parties. The detailed circumstances and cause of the accident are currently under investigation, and our company is fully cooperating with the investigation.
