We work together as a team in our respective workplaces,
aiming to make the best baton pass and offer the finest service
and a safe and comfortable flight for all customers.
Sales, airport staff, maintenance engineers, cabin attendants, flight crew...only when every staff performs his and her duties thoroughly and makes the best baton pass to colleagues in the next section can we provide the finest service. Where do they pass the baton? We would like to share our work from two perspectives; the aircraft and the customers.
