Our concept of inflight meals is serving meals which taste as delicious and satisfying in the air as on the ground. Our motto is to serve "safe and high quality meals." To provide unparalleled service to customers, we pursue customer satisfaction through "food." Amuse bouche, hors d'oevres, the main dish, dessert... We keep in mind to deliver the four seasons of Japan. We hope you enjoy the seasonal tastes of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
To delight and impress the customers through food, I give directions from the planning and development to the finishing stage. For example, we hold Menu Meetings with companies and supervisory chefs, analyze customer service questionnaires, and coordinate with related departments to produce each meal.
To ensure that every customer is satisfied, we work hard every day to cater to diverse needs. For example, we offer a wide range of menus so that even customers with allergies can enjoy their meal with peace of mind. We study characteristics of meals subject to religious restrictions and select ingredients preferred by international passengers.
To offer the finest Omotenashi to the customers, we seek the advice of professionals when planning meals. Famous chefs and food stylists supervise our menus and propose changing menus by season. We also plan meals in collaboration with various companies.
The cabin attendants put the finishing touches of a meal. Therefore, we discuss how the meal should be served and presented from the perspective of the frontline, and share the chef's thoughts infused in the meal with cabin attendants. This is how we assist in serving the finest inflight meals.
I will feel affection and pay attention to detail in everything I do in my work from the customer's perspective to deliver our thoughts and bring smiles to every customer after they enjoy our meals.
We use the finest ingredients from Japan and worldwide to prepare a variety of menus in each Class on each route. We are adept at producing fine flavors and presenting meals with attention to detail. The skills and sensitivity of each chef are imperative for creating a delicious meal. We prepare each meal carefully all the more because we serve them to many customers.
In addition to preparing meals, loading staff play another important role of loading the meals into aircraft. They load various alcoholic beverages and inflight shopping goods in addition to meals, and perform a final check with cabin attendants to make sure that there are no mistakes in the content, quantity, and type of meal, and the customers can enjoy them with peace of mind.
