The JAL Sky Museum takes thorough COVID-19 measures just like during
flights. In accordance with the “Guidelines for Controlling the Spread
of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infections in Museums” published by
the Japanese Association of Museums, we are working to protect the
health of our visitors and staff, and create an environment where
visitors can feel safe.
We thank you for your cooperation and
apologize for any inconvenience.
To prevent contact infection, we regularly disinfect items that are shared with others as well as anything that is touched by visitors’ hands.
The rule is to leave it up to the individual to decide whether to wear a mask, and to make it optional for both guests and staff.
In order to avoid crowding and to keep enough space between customers, we will guide you to the distributed entrance.
To prevent people with infections from entering the museum, temperatures are checked at the entrance using a non-contact thermometer.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the museum. We request your cooperation in frequently sanitizing your hands.
Please keep an appropriate distance between visitors in the museum.
Please sanitize your hands before and after using the restroom. In addition, please close the lid of the toilet seat before flushing.
