JAL Family Club is a membership organization for members who move overseas due to overseas relocation or study abroad, and members who live overseas (no annual fee).
We offer services exclusive to JAL Family Club members in addition to standard JAL Mileage Bank services including family mileage pool, Bonus Miles when flying JAL and event invitations.
Even when your spouse relocates overseas on their own, if your entire family enrolls in JAL Family Club you can pool mileage for award redemption free of charge.

- Primary member:
- 1 JMB member representing the family member who is 12 years of age and above, and living outside of Japan (scheduled)
- Family member:
- JMB members who enrolled in JAL Family Club as the spouse of the JAL Family Club primary member and the parents of the spouse, the child of the JAL Family Club primary member and the spouse of the child, and the parents of the JAL Family Club primary member (regardless of age)
Up to 8 persons can be registered as the family member.
- *Once you enrol in the JAL Family Club, your JALCARD Family Program membership will be withdrawn automatically.
- *For family members, the country of residence will not matter, but the registered contact and the region to which they belong will be the same as the primary member.

- Countries in North America (including Hawaii and Guam), Central America, South America
- Europe/Middle East/Africa Region
- Countries in Europe, Middle East (from Iran and to the west), Africa
- Asia/Oceania Region
- China (including Hong Kong and Macao) and Countries in Asia/Oceania
Membership requirements for the JAL Family Club are valid until the end of the same month 5 years after enrollment.
We will automatically deduct 1,000 miles per family from the family mileage pool as a renewal fee every 5 years after enrollment.
*Your membership will be withdrawn automatically if we cannot deduct mileage.
Initial Registration Fee
When you enroll in the JAL Family Club, you will be charged 1,000miles as Initial Registration Fee.
When using mileage to pay, fees will be deducted from the family mileage pool.
*If a member does not have enough miles to pay the Initial Registration Fee or the Family Member Additional Fee, the member agrees that the miles required for payment will be deducted automatically once a sufficient number of miles have accrued.

Family Member Addition Fee
After enrollment, if you add a new family member you will be charged 1,000miles as Family Member Addition Fee.
(Up to 8 persons can be registered as family members.)
However, if you follow the procedures to add a new family member in Japan prior to relocating the primary member overseas , the Family Member Addition Fee will be free.
When using mileage to pay, fees will be deducted from the family mileage pool.
*If a member does not have enough miles to pay the Family Member Addition Fee or the Family Member Additional Fee, the member agrees that the miles required for payment will be deducted automatically once a sufficient number of miles have accrued.
Renewal Fee
We will automatically deduct 1,000 miles from the family mileage pool as the Renewal Fee.
*Your membership will be withdrawn automatically if we cannot deduct mileage.
