To maintain a sound work environment, the JAL Group has opened a Group Hot Line for employees who seek consultation on internal reporting (whistleblowing), improper acts, harassment, and such from the viewpoint of compliance and risk management. We also opened a special line to deal with sexual harassment matters. These lines are notified to employees through education and training via e-Learning or the corporate intranet. We protect the employees' privacy and allow them to consult by phone or email while remaining anonymous, in addition to person-to-person consultation. In this way, we are striving to build an environment so that employees can easily seek consultation on sensitive problems. We conduct compliance education for all employees including employees of Group companies and aim to build the foundation to prevent problems from occurring.
