JAL Group conducts an organization revitalization survey (ES Survey) once every two years, and surveys the penetration level of its management rationale JAL Group Corporate Policy, JAL Philosophy, Safety and JAL Brand in each workplace once every 6 months. There surveys are fixed point observations of employee awareness and the organizational climate concerning fulfilment at work, the work environment, and so on. Survey results are used as valuable data for forming group-wide measures and building an environment and systems to realize "the material and intellectual growth of all employees" as stated in the Corporate Policy.
