The JAL Group conducts training collectively for all new JAL Group staff in spring and autumn. In spring of FY2015, over 800 new staff from 32 companies and senior colleagues who acted as instructors assembled in Tokyo from April 1 to April 4 for Orientation Training for New Staff. During Orientation, they studied the JAL Group Corporate Policy and JAL Philosophy, which every employee must share, gained an understating of safety and the corporate brand that we aim for, and acquired the fundamentals to provide unparalleled service to customers with compassion while maintaining flight safety.
On completion of Orientation, our young colleagues are working hard in their respective workplaces to create each and every JAL Group flight through teamwork and a sense of unity, along with their colleagues who support JAL flights.
We will continue to nurture new JAL Group staff through group-wide coordination.
