We uphold the JAL Philosophy as a mindset, a set of values or an attitude that everyone working on JAL products and services should share. To instill the JAL Philosophy, we provide JAL Philosophy Education for everyone who keeps JAL flying in Japan and around the world. We conduct these sessions across workplaces and departments to deepen mutual understanding.
Facilitators of JAL Philosophy Education are selected from each workplace, including flight operations, cabin attendants, maintenance, airports and sales divisions. They create educational materials each quarter and carry out sessions in Tokyo and occasionally in other regions nationwide.
By deepening our understanding of the JAL Philosophy and using the principles as common criteria for decision making in daily operations, all employees are united through mutual trust in the JAL Group. We believe this will enable us to provide unparalleled services, increase our corporate value and contribute to the betterment of society.
