Many JAL Group companies have labor unions and staff organizations.
For the JAL Group to become an airline group, which exists and develops sustainably and becomes the world's most preferred airline group, we strive for material and intellectual growth of all staff, as stated in the Corporate Policy, by recognition of the business environment and management issues of the JAL Group by both labor and management, and through discussions while building a relationship of mutual understanding and trust.
Through labor-management co-sponsored training and social contribution activities, etc., we aim to improve communication and nurture a sense of unity.
