The JAL Group participates in global membership of Sedex Information Exchange Limited (Sedex) to improve risk management of and build sustainable supply chains.

Sedex is a not for profit organization based in London, which promotes ethical and socially-responsible business practices in global supply chains. It shares information through an online information platform with global customers and suppliers, monitors problems and improvements of suppliers, and aims to expand ethnical business practices.

The JAL Group uses the CSR information platform provided by Sedex to build trustful relationships based on mutual understanding with suppliers who provide goods directly to customers such as inflight meals and cabin service goods, and to conduct socially-responsible procurement transactions.
