CSR Project for Changing Workstyles

In fiscal 2014, we set up the Office for Promoting Change in Workstyles to accelerate the raising of awareness of such change among all employees and establish a new infrastructure environment for doing work so they can develop their careers with a greater sense of satisfaction.
So far, we have taken a close look at all of our operations, reviewed our processes, expanded teleworking and flexible working hours, and bolstered the IT communication environment toward providing an infrastructure that enables employees to work efficiently wherever they are.
We encourage all employees to enrich their own spare time by efficiently engaging in work. We are aiming for both our employees and the JAL Group to grow continuously by optimizing their experience in their work.
