Reasons for the nomination as Director
Since joining the Company, Mr. NAKAGAWA has been involved in engineering departments and maintenance and contributed to upholding and improving the JAL Group’s maintenance quality. He has served as Executive Officer and Senior Vice President, Procurement Division from 2021, creating new value and reducing costs through procurement activities and contributing to the implementation of the Medium-term Management Plan. He has assumed Senior VP, Corporate Safety and Security as well as Family Assistance and Support since 2025, further strengthening the safety management system.
