Completion of Domestic Freighter Operations and Optimization of Transportation by Yamato Holdings and the JAL Group

Both groups will continue to utilize management resources, including cargo space on JAL Group passenger flights, and share their expertise to build a sustainable logistics network. Through these efforts, both groups will contribute to the promotion of the "New Modal Shift" outlined in the government's Comprehensive Logistics Policy Outline.

Furthermore, we will continue to collaborate and make every effort to support regional industrial development and transportation, contributing to regional revitalization by leveraging each region’s unique characteristics, such as geographical advantages.
