By enabling the next generation—who will shape the future of our society—to experience new discoveries and deeper learning, we aim to provide opportunities for them to explore and wonder about their own futures as well as the social and environmental issues surrounding the future of our planet.
Soraiku®
Youth lectures and classes that had been conducted individually were reorganized into a program to nurture the next generation in 2013 and have been conducted under the name "Soraiku®" since 2016.

JAL Social Collaboration Program
JAL AVIOFUTURE LAB Co., Ltd. conducts research and joint studies with universities by combining JAL’s specialized expertise with insights from external institutions. We also focus on developing next-generation talent through university-industry collaboration courses.
As part of these youth development activities, we partner with academic institutions on a
wide range of initiatives—from solving societal challenges to designing new value.
