To uphold absolute flight safety and maintain a healthy working environment where employees can thrive, the JAL Group enforces a strict "Zero-Tolerance" policy against the use of illegal drugs.
 

While we have thoroughly verified drug risks for flight crew positions in the past, to respond swiftly and strictly to the growing social risk of drug use, we will conduct drug screening tests during pre-employment health checkups for all job positions starting in 2026.
