JAL Selected for Inclusion in New Diversity Management Selection 100
‘New Diversity Management Selection 100’ is a program sponsored by the Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry that selects outstanding enterprises for achievements in generating innovations, improving productivity and creating value by leveraging the skills, talents and potential of diverse human resources such as global employees, senior employees and employees with disabilities.
JAL was recognized for initiatives to prioritize Diversion & Inclusion (D&I) as an important business strategy, nurturing human resources on a global scale which contributed to an increase in sales outside of Japan, and creating new value and services through workstyle innovation while promoting D&I.
