Bring the sky closer to our daily life with drones! - JAL DRONE Project

JAL continues to embrace the challenge of creating new infrastructure for the sky with next-generation air mobility such as drones and eVTOL (electrical Vertical Take Off and Landing) vehicles.

In particular, in the JAL DRONE Project, we are running various trials of drones aimed at commercializing them by FY2023.

In this article, we would like to report on two trials(*), one conducted in Sumoto City, Hyogo Prefecture in October 2021, and the other in the suburbs of Fort Worth, Texas, USA in November 2021, together with the thoughts of the employees participating in these tests.
