Accessible Tour for customers with developmental disabilities
In October 2022, JAL conducted an accessible tour for customers with developmental disabilities to alleviate the concerns of customers with developmental disabilities when traveling.
People with developmental disabilities feel environmental and physical barriers in surroundings that are different from their daily lives.
In this tour, we checked each barrier that they would feel when travelling, while keeping in mind advice from outside experts, and removed each barrier.
We would like to share feedback from participants of the tour and the thoughts of employees involved in this project.
