Antiviral and antibacterial coating across customer touchpoints including the aircraft cabin
-JAL Group Initiatives to Provide Safe and Secure Air Travel-

To further enhance hygiene and cleanliness, the JAL Group became the first airline group in Japan to introduce an antiviral and antibacterial coating with a long-term effect inside the aircraft.
Antiviral and antibacterial coatings have been applied to domestic airport check-in counters and check-in equipment so far and are now being applied to equipment used by customers (*1) and lounges located in Japan. (*2)
