To be a company where all women can play an active role with comfort

The JAL Group promotes diversity and inclusion (D&I) with the aim of becoming a company where everyone can play an active role regardless of items such as race, gender, age, or disability.
In 2022, we implemented a program utilizing FemTech(*) to enable women, accounting for about half of the JAL Group's employees, to play an active role in the company, and created opportunities for them to confront health issues specific to women.
Here we introduce experiences of employees who actually participated in the program and thoughts of the employee in charge of this program.
