JAL and Keio University conduct disaster drill at Kochi Airport in case of a Nankai Trough earthquake

JAL conducted an earthquake and tsunami disaster drill at Kochi Airport in March and December 2022.
Under the supervision of OKI Satoko, Associate Professor, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University who specializes in seismology, disaster information and disaster prevention education, we created a scenario for earthquakes and tsunami in the event of a large-scale Nankai Trough earthquake.
JAL Group staff, who were not informed of the scenario, evacuated 40 students acting as customers in a practical drill.
