Fresh from Norway! Saba Nouveau, a New Autumn Flavor

JAL Group has been selling freshly caught Norwegian saba mackerel and delivered unfrozen to sales outlets in Japan since 2021. This product has been named Saba Nouveau, as it is the first seasonal mackerel from Norway of the year.
JALUX employees held a tasting event at Tokyo Skytree to showcase the delicious taste of high-quality mackerel (approximately 30 percent fat and weighing more than 500 grams), which was carefully selected onsite by JALUX employees.
