While initially focusing on administrative services, the company has significantly expanded its scope under the philosophy of "disability should not be a barrier to work."
In recent years, it has ventured into agricultural projects, operates nail salons and massage rooms for employees, and even supports customers' journeys through baggage handling, aircraft equipment setup, and cabin cleaning.
This time, we introduce the diverse contributions and thoughts of employees who provide shoe shine and hand-drip coffee services at the JAL First Class Lounges for international flights at both Haneda and Narita airports.
