ASAI Rikiya Hawaii Exhibition 2025 "Life"
ASAI Rikiya, who continues to radiate the brilliance of "life" despite his physical handicap, delivers many messages through his paintings.
We are pleased to announce that Central Pacific Bank (CPB) has rented the first floor space of our head office to hold a solo exhibition of Rikiya Asai's paintings under the theme of his way of life, or "living" as he calls it. Please feel free to visit the exhibition.

Rikiya ASAI profile
Born in Tokyo, Japan on December 15th, 1984.
Moved to Hawaii at age 4 for treatment of cerebral palsy. Around this time, he became interested in paint and began painting.
At the age of 6, his painting won a prize at the Hawaii Art Institute Exhibition, which led to solo exhibitions and workshops around the world.
His artwork, full of individuality and with a strong message, has been highly acclaimed internationally.
