JAL Receives Second Prize in the Advanced Category of the 2019 J-Win Diversity Award
JAL received second prize in the Advanced Category of the J-Win Diversity Award sponsored by Specified Nonprofit Corporation, Japan Women’s Innovation Network (NPO Corporation J-Win). This is the third J-Win Diversity Award that JAL has received since being honored with the Basic Achievement Award in 2017 and the Executive Management Award in 2018.
JAL was recognized for initiatives to expand women’s active participation in the workplace by building a strong promotional structure and a system to flexibly respond to the life events of female employees through the strong commitment of top management and using the bottom-up approach across the Group. We were also recognized for maintaining awareness to nurture women leaders and taking bold step to reach our goals.
